I will close out the Scholastic book order on Monday, September 22. I will be talking a little bit more about the book orders at Back to School Night.
Science: Enjoy looking at the Science Weekly publication your child brought home. The children are excited about science and the tools they will be using. We have started a little unit on ants. Next Tuesday we will need peanut butter (not low fat) and a small quantity of jam (not low-sugar please), celery cut for ants on a log, and currants. Please respond if you are able to provide any of these items.
Star of the Week: Please look on the blog for your Star of the Week date. We will be starting on the week of Sept. 22 with Amanda, Sept. 29 Jake. It takes a little bit of time, so please plan ahead. The children really look forward to being the Star.
